MORE than a dozen people have been killed after a man armed with a knife went on the rampage at a disabled centre in Japan.
Reports from local media cite the death toll as anything from 15 to 19 with as many as 45 feared injured.
Armed police surrounded the centre and are thought to have arrested a man in his 20s on suspicion of murder.
The attacker is said to have turned himself in to police.
