Recently, I had the great pleasure and privilege of facilitating a speed-dating event. I can honestly say it was one of the most fun and invigorating professional learning experiences of my life.
It was a Learning-focused speed-dating event with the objective of accelerating Learning for Oracle sales professionals in the world of Human Capital Management.
That is why our teams are huddling, prepping, learning and probably secretly cursing me for driving this again.But it will be great fun and people will learn so much because they are outside of their comfort zone.
