Trish Stratus is a WWE Hall of Famer that is arguably the most successful female performer in the history of the company.
Her full time career in WWE lasted from early 2000 when she was brought in without any experience and it ended in September of 2006 when she won her last match against Lita to retire as the Women's Champion. Since leaving WWE as a full time performer she got married, opened her own yoga studio, did some acting and gave birth to a son last year.
Since her retirement, Trish has made several appearances for WWE, wrestling in a handful of matches, most notably the six-person mixed tag at Earlier this month, Trish was asked about a possible return to the ring. I think as a team we could utilize that same chemistry, but channel it in a different way.” Since Trish and Lita ended their full-time WWE careers, there hasn’t been a single women’s wrestler who has been able to come close to making the impact in the women’s division — on the WWE main-roster at least — that the two WWE Hall of Famers were able to make.

She's one of my favorite performers in WWE history.
I was sad when she retired, but I'm happy she was able to accomplish so much too.
Some fans might consider her career to be too short, but what else could she do? She's appeared in WWE from time to time because she's still in great shape and is one of the most popular female stars they've ever had.
It would have been more of the same except against different opponents. Basically whenever they need her for something she'll be there although she does have the power to say no too.
